Smartix parcel lockers in Azerbaijan support CDEK shipments
Azerbaijan logistics service KARGOMAT continues its active development using Smartix parcel lockers. At present, the network has over 100 parcel lockers in Baku and their number increasing regularly.
The main goal of the KARGOMAT service is to provide customers with the latest type of delivery in 24/7 mode. Parcel lockers offer modern alternatives to couriers and customers do not need to visit the offices of courier services. Project unites courier companies and e-commerce online stores, as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses that are participants in the e-commerce market.
Integration of parcel lockers with CDEK
Following the expansion of KARGOMAT parcel locker service and connection of a number of large online stores to the system, the next step for Smartix specialists was to implement integration with CDEK system. Now customers can receive CDEK shipments directly through parcel locker cells without visiting offices and additionally waiting in line.
Smartix parcel locker software ensures the transfer of order’s data and returns status information (delivery, storage, pick up, return, etc.). Customers receive delivery notifications and PIN codes for opening cells via SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Smartx system also offers one of the most functional systems for technical monitoring of parcel lockers. Thoughtful functionality allows for online detection of technical network faults and maintenance of uninterrupted operation of devices, maintaining high quality of logistics service for end customers.
