For about two years the DPD international transport company using Smartix parcel lockers in Belarus for dispensing parcels. In the first three months following the implementation results, DPD highly appreciated the convenience, functionality and performance of Smartix software, as a result, it was also decided to transfer the customer’s existing lockers under the control of Smartix software, which previously used third-party software.
To date, at the request of DPD our specialists have implemented support for dispensing of unpaid orders through parcel lockers of transport company. Now, if desired, customers can pay for parcels at receipt by bank card through the POS terminal built into the parcel locker.
Payment at receipt as an alternative to remote payment channels increases the level of customer focus, making service even more convenient and accessible for various categories of users.
